Please note that a maximum of 5 units per product can be purchased per order. For bulk orders of personalized gifts, kindly contact us in advance to discuss your requirements and available options.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice, but all prices are displayed before purchase.

Product Colors Disclaimer
Please note that some of our products are available in assorted colors and are shipped based on availability. In such cases, the color of the product you receive may vary from the images shown on the product page. We are unable to guarantee or allow selection of specific colors for these items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that product color may be randomly selected.

We appreciate your understanding and strive to maintain product quality and satisfaction regardless of color variation.

4. Few product can be available in multiple colors. Due to availability, the color you receive may vary, and we are unable to accommodate specific color requests. Rest assured, you’ll receive the best available option at the time of your order. Thank you for your understanding!

5. We strive to fulfill every order placed through our store in a timely and efficient manner. However, all orders are subject to availability, and in some cases, items may become unavailable after an order has been confirmed. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused due to product unavailability or order cancellation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

6. Order Processing & Shipping
Once an order is placed, we process and ship it through our trusted suppliers. You will receive a confirmation email/message once your order is placed and a tracking number once it has been shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product’s personalization (if applicable) and your location. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 days, but delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.

7. Payment
All payments must be made via prepaid or COD at the time of checkout. Prices listed on the website are in Indian Currency (Rupees).

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on the checkout page.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Non-Personalized Items: We accept returns on most non-personalized items within seven (7) days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original tags and labels attached.

Personalized Items: As these items are uniquely created for you, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items unless the return is due to a defect in the product or wrong product delivery or an error on our part in the customization (e.g., incorrect name, spelling mistake that was not in your original request).

Items Priced Under ₹399: Please note that all the products priced under ₹399 are **not eligible** for returns, replacements, or refunds, except in the case where you received the wrong item or defect in the product.

Refunds may be offered at our discretion in cases of manufacturing errors or if the product is not received.

Please note that we do not offer product replacements at this time. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

9. Personalized Items
Please double-check your personalization details (e.g., name, date, message) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made during the personalization process.

Custom items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective or damaged or any error from our part.
