1. How can I contact you?

Once the order is placed, they’re usually already being processed so after placing the order it can't be cancelled.
3. I received the wrong item — what do I do?
Sorry about that! Please contact us with a unboxing video and photo with an original tag and your order number, and we’ll will assist you as early as possible.
4. My item arrived damaged — what now?
We’ll make it right. Send us a unboxing video and picture of the damaged item with an original tag and we’ll assist you further after verifying everything.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order under the order history section after login to your account.
7. What should I do if my package is delayed?
Sometimes delays happen due to customs or weather. If it's been longer than expected, just reach out to us and we’ll look into it right away.

Sorry, it can't be changed but you’re welcome to place a new order with the correct details.
12. Do personalized items take longer to ship?
Yes, personalized items may take an extra 2–3 business days to process before shipping out. But we always try to do faster.
13. Can I return personalized items?
Since personalized items are made just for you, they’re non-refundable unless there’s a defect or error on our part.
14. How do I request a return or refund?
To initiate a return or refund, simply email us at support@fiveend.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

- You received the wrong item

We offer a 7-day return policy on non-personalized items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Products priced above ₹399 are eligible for return or refund, provided they meet the conditions outlined in point 14 above.
Please note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect.
