Shipping and delivery
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on fiveend.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to mostly all domestic addresses within India.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Please stay tuned as we expand our services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Failed Deliveries & Return Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability to receive the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@fiveend.com within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping Policy Note:
Free shipping is available on orders with a final payable amount of ₹499 or above after any discounts are applied. If a discount brings the total below ₹499, standard shipping charges will apply.
9. COD Order Refusal Policy
At Fiveend, we’re happy to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option. To ensure smooth deliveries and avoid inconvenience, please place a COD order only if you are sure you want the product and are ready to pay at the time of delivery.

We kindly ask that you do not refuse or deny the parcel at delivery. If you cannot accept the order, please contact our customer support before the scheduled delivery to discuss alternatives.

Refusing a COD parcel without prior notice may result in additional charges, including restocking and return shipping fees.

Frequent refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account or future COD orders.
