Fiveend Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fiveend, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Non-Personalized Items: We accept returns on most non-personalized items within seven (7) days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original tags and labels attached.
 
Personalized Items: As these items are uniquely created for you, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items unless the return is due to a defect in the product or wrong product delivery or an error on our part in the customization (e.g., incorrect name, spelling mistake that was not in your original request).

Items Priced Under ₹399: Please note that products priced under ₹399 are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds, except in the case where you received the wrong item or defect in the product.

2. Initiating a Return or Requesting a Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  Provide Information: In your communication, please include the following details:
      * Your order number.
      * The name of the item(s) you wish to return or the reason for your refund request.
      * For damaged or incorrect items, please attach a clear unboxing video and            photograph of the issue, including the original tag if applicable.

Our Guidance: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed, which may include providing a return shipping address or other necessary steps. We will also inform you whether the product is eligible for return and whether you are entitled to a full refund or not.

3. Return Shipping

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect personalization), we will provide instructions for return shipping at our expense. This may involve providing a prepaid shipping label or arranging for a pickup.

Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can only be processed via bank transfer. To proceed, please provide your bank account details so we can initiate the refund.

Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, has missing parts not due to our error).

Non-Refundable Items: As mentioned earlier, personalized items (unless defective or an error on our part) and items priced under ₹399 are generally non-refundable. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are also non-refundable.

5. Replacement

We currently do not offer direct replacement. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with unboxing videographic and photographic evidence (including the original tag). We will gladly offer a full refund, excluding any applicable shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and processed, it may no longer be possible to cancel in any circumstances. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to review all product details, specifications, and personal information before placing an order. Fiveend is not responsible for orders placed by mistake or due to oversight. All orders are considered final once confirmed.
